We are a family of 5 and are looking for a long term let for a 3 bedroom house in crawley. The house needs to be unfurnished, ( white goods are fine ), and we need to spacious double rooms and one single room. Me and my wife both work part time and receive Housing Benefit top up. Including salary we receive child credit which takes our income to around £20,000 a year and have a deposit bond secured by crawley borough council for the deposit of the property.
